Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use VibeIn. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

You agree to use VibeIn only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• •Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harm any person.
• •Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• •Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
• •Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or bulk communications through the Service.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or Vibein’s systems.
• •Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• •Use the Service to collect personal information about other users without their consent.
• •Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control features of the Service.

Vibein reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts without notice.

VibeIn has a zero-tolerance policy for spam. You may not use any feature of the Service — including pitches, introductions, chat, or messaging integrations — to send unsolicited bulk messages, promotional content, or communications to users who have not consented to receive them.

All connection requests and introductions on VibeIn are consent-gated: a recipient must actively accept before any identity is revealed or any direct communication channel is opened. Using the platform to circumvent this consent model is a material violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA for all programmatic messaging. Reported spam will be investigated and may result in permanent account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

You retain ownership of content you submit to VibeIn, including your profile information, bio, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Vibein LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. Vibein does not pre-screen user content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting vibeinteams@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

By Vibein: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful behaviour, or for any other reason that threatens the integrity of the Service or the safety of other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10.

The VibeIn name, logo, platform design, matching algorithms, and all related technology are the exclusive property of Vibein LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Vibein’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VIBEIN LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Vibein is a platform that facilitates introductions between users. We do not conduct background checks on users and make no representations about the character, identity, or intentions of any user you may meet through the Service. You assume all risk associated with meeting other users in person.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIBEIN LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF VIBEIN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIBEIN LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID VIBEIN IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibein LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Dakota, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact Vibein LLC at vibeinteams@gmail.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
